What began as a small local lumberyard in Elma, Iowa with just a handful of employees has grown into two full-service yards—Elma, IA and Darlington, WI, with now 30 employees. Supplying builders, farmers, and DIYers with the quality materials and dependable support they count on. Under Josh’s leadership, ProEdge blends old-school customer care with a get-it-done mindset, helping projects move from blueprint to built with confidence. At 32, Josh is proof that entrepreneurship isn’t about shortcuts—it’s about consistency, investing in people, and saying yes to opportunity.
